Our Commitment

Cyber Defender Solutions is committed to making our website and our courses accessible to people of all abilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about cybersecurity training and to enroll in our courses without barriers.

Standards We Aim to Meet

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 Level AA, which is widely recognized as the standard for digital accessibility.

Features We Provide

Website

Our website is built on Squarespace, which supports accessibility features including:

·         Semantic HTML structure

·         Keyboard navigation

·         Alternative text for images where applicable

·         Sufficient color contrast

·         Resizable text

Live Online Sessions

We deliver live online sessions through Zoom. Zoom provides accessibility features including:

·         Live closed captions, which we enable for our sessions

·         Screen reader compatibility

·         Keyboard shortcuts

If you require captions, transcripts, or any other accommodation for a session, please contact us before your scheduled session date so we can prepare.

In Person Sessions

For in person sessions, we work to select venues that are accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs for an in person session, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Limitations

We acknowledge that some areas of our website or course materials may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are working to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. Known limitations include:

·         Some images may lack descriptive alternative text

·         Some PDF course materials may not be fully optimized for screen readers

We are actively working to address these limitations.
