Our Commitment

Cyber Defender Solutions is a cybersecurity training company. We treat the security of our customers and our systems as a core responsibility. This policy describes our approach.

Practices We Follow

Account Security

·         Multi factor authentication is required on all administrative accounts

·         We use strong, unique passwords stored in a password manager

·         We review and rotate administrative access on a regular basis

Data in Transit and at Rest

·         Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all connections

·         Payment card data is processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment card security certification

·         We do not store credit card numbers on our systems

·         Customer data stored in our systems is access controlled

Vendor Security

·         We select service providers, including Squarespace, Stripe, Acuity, Zoom, and Google Workspace, that maintain industry standard security and compliance certifications

·         We review vendor security practices before integrating them with our systems

System Maintenance

·         We apply software updates and security patches promptly

·         We monitor our systems for unusual activity

·         We maintain backups of critical business data

Incident Response

·         We have an incident response process in place

·         In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law

What We Do Not Do

·         We do not sell your personal information

·         We do not store payment card numbers directly

·         We do not access course recordings without your consent

If you believe you have identified a security issue with our website, services, or how we handle data, please report it to us at indy@cyberdefendersolutions.com with "Security Concern" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your report and respond promptly.
