These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of cyberdefendersolutions.com and any courses, services, or content provided by Cyber Defender Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Our Services
We provide live cybersecurity awareness training courses for working professionals. Our currently available course is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for continuing education credit. We deliver courses in person and through live online sessions.
Eligibility
To enroll in a course, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. To receive TREC continuing education credit, you must hold a valid Texas real estate license at the time of course completion. We do not verify license status before enrollment, and providing inaccurate license information may result in continuing education credit not being reported to TREC.
Account and Security
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Enrollment and Payment
Course tuition is listed on the course page for each course we offer. Payment is processed at the time of enrollment through Stripe, our payment processor. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Course Delivery and Attendance
Live courses are scheduled in advance. Course times and locations are listed on the website and confirmed by email when you enroll. To receive continuing education credit, you must attend the entire course and participate as required by the applicable continuing education rules. We may verify attendance through sign in sheets, Zoom attendance reports, or other reasonable methods.
If we need to reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following: transfer to another session at no cost, or a full refund of any tuition paid.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Continuing Education Credit Reporting
For courses that offer continuing education credit, we report completion to TREC on your behalf using the license number you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate license information. We make a good faith effort to report credit promptly, but we cannot guarantee that TREC will accept any particular submission or that credit will be applied to your record by a specific date. Continuing education reporting requirements are set by TREC and may change.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including written content, slide decks, video, audio, handouts, and graphics, are the property of Cyber Defender Solutions or our licensors. They are provided to you for personal educational use only. You may not record, copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any course material without our written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate other students or our instructors. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our website or services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove you from a course or restrict your access to our services for violation of these conduct rules, without refund.

The information provided in our courses is educational and informational in nature. It is not legal advice, IT consulting advice, or a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding cybersecurity practices in your business. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless we agree in writing to resolve the dispute through arbitration.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
