When you enroll in a course or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, postal address, employer or brokerage name, TREC license number if applicable for continuing education credit reporting, and payment information. Payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on our systems.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages you visit, time spent on each page, the website that referred you to ours, and device identifiers. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from our service providers, such as Stripe for payment confirmation or Zoom for session attendance, when you use those services as part of your interaction with us.
How We Use Your Information

Service Providers
We share information with companies that help us operate our business and deliver our services. These include Squarespace for website hosting and member areas, Stripe for payment processing, Acuity Scheduling for session booking, Zoom Video Communications for live online sessions, Google Workspace for email and document storage, and analytics providers if and when used. Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy and security obligations and is permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
TREC and Other Regulatory Bodies
When you enroll in a course that offers continuing education credit and provide us with your license number, we report your course completion to TREC as required by Texas regulation. The information reported includes your name, license number, and course completion details.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
